IAFF 5351 is made up of a dedicated team of firefighters committed to serving our community and protecting the lives and property of our fellow citizens. We believe in safety, teamwork, and the importance of community involvement.
Fire Safety Tips
- Test smoke detectors monthly and replace batteries annually.
- Create and practice a home fire escape plan with two ways out of every room.
- Keep flammable items at least three feet from heat sources.
- Never leave cooking unattended on the stove.
- Store fire extinguishers in accessible locations and know how to use them.
